Hotel Policies
Rates
Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis
Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods
Child rate is on request and subject to computation
Children aged 6 years old and above are already considered an adult by the hotel
Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged
The package is applicable to local residents only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel). Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged accordingly
Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice
All flight details of the passengers must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed
Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges
Transfer
All transfers and/or tours are on a seat in coach basis
We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement
Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident
Baggage Policy
Only one (01) baggage is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests for another transfer to accommodate, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage.

Force Majeure & Emergencies
In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, etc.) Which are beyond our control, Paglalakbay Travel And Tours will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers
